Accredited Investor Standards

In accordance with the "Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Private Investment Funds," a qualified investor refers to an individual or entity that possesses corresponding risk identification and risk-bearing capabilities, invests no less than 100 million yuan in a single private fund, and meets the following relevant standards:

• Units with net assets of at least 1000 (in ten thousand yuan);
• Individuals with financial assets of no less than 300 yuan or an average annual income of no less than 50 yuan over the past three years.

The financial assets referred to in the preceding paragraph include bank deposits, stocks, bonds, fund shares, asset management plans, bank wealth management products, trust plans, insurance products, futures rights and interests, and others.
